Bobo's Oat Bars, Coconut, Gluten-Free Whole Grain Snack and Breakfast Bar

On a rainy afternoon in 2003, Beryl Stafford and her daughter "Bobo" baked oat bars that soon became a Boulder, CO cafe favorite. This humble oat bar has since captivated loyal fans nationwide, with no compromise to the original recipe, small-batch baking process, or mother-daughter tradition. All of Bobo's bars and bites are made in their bakery in Boulder, Colorado. The company's products are dairy-free, with several flavors containing tree nuts and/or peanuts. Bobo's has an allergen program in place to prevent cross-contact with these allergens, but they recommend that those with allergies to these ingredients exercise caution when eating their products. All of Bobo's oat bars are made free of animal products or byproducts, making them vegan. Every one of their products is also certified gluten-free by the GFCO, and their bakery is a gluten-free facility, with daily testing on every batch of their oat bars. All of Bobo's bars are certified kosher by Earth Kosher.

While some of Bobo's bars may not have a lot of protein, others do. Two of their bars – Almond Butter and Peanut Butter – have 6 grams of protein or more per bar. Regarding safety during pregnancy, Bobo's recommends consulting with a doctor or dietitian to discuss whether their product would be a delicious fit for one's prenatal diet. The shelf life for each Bobo's bar is 7 months, and the bars can be frozen and enjoyed at a later time.
